If you are meeting all requirements to use that card then this should not happen. You did not share any of your system specs to even begin trying to help other than the card model. So please reply with all your hardware details and OS version and number like Windows 10 64 bit 1903 for instance. Do know though that the help you get in these forums is from other users like you not AMD.
