Sapphire Pulse RX 5700 custom fan profile not working

I can't make a custom fan curve for the GPU. My RX 5700 just ignores it and after reaching 69C fans speed up to 2000RPM and it souns like a hair dyer. With the default fan profile fan speed never exceed 1450RPM and max temperature is 71C.

I tried both MSI Afterburner and Wattman and neither of them worked. I even made a fresh reinstall of Windows 10 and downloaded latest drivers again but no luck. I deleted MSI Afterburner in case it interferes with Wattman and tried both GPU bioses.

Is my GPU faulty or is this some kind of driver bug?

I Have The Same Problem Its a Driver problem.

I have the same problem, besides, once the fan control is enabled, whatever program i'm using to control the fans, I lose the "fan stop" feature until I shutdown my PC and turn on it again.

sometimes, one of the two fans stop working and the responde when I change the fan speed is extremely slow.
