AMD class action lawsuit how do I apply for the settlement

Question in the title.  Where can I apply for the settlement?  Or when?

This website explains about the AMD Class Action Lawsuit and who is eligible: AMD to pay out $12.1 million in false advertising class action suit over Bulldozer chips - The Verge

So unless you purchased your CPU in California or at a AMD Website you are not eligible for the payout which is calculated to be about $35.00 per eligible person.

Depressing to find out my FX8350 is not a true 8 core Processor. But still satisfied with its performance so far.
