AMD settles Bulldozer class action lawsuit, but most people won't get a dime

The way it stands now, the settlement minus fees comes to $8.87 million, but according to the article as it's written now, you must have purchased one in the state of California or directly from AMD.

I never purchased one of those as my Phenom II X4 965 BE was not hurting. I use that until I moved to DDR4 and bought the R5 2400G which offers a better CPU and integrated graphics that were respectable

I still have a fx-4100 with oc at 4522mhz and I use it to play; you can see that it has never been very powerful and that even now an Athlon 200ge is superior but that's what I have.
I didn't buy it in California or AMD directly, if I opted for the $35 part they would go to buy an Athlon 200ge and change the 5350 that I use daily.
I still trust AMD.
