X570 CPU compatibility

It seems that AMD and MSI have mislead consumers

So now I see on Socket AM4 X570 Motherboards | AMD that this has been reversed

So I buy a MSI X570 only to discover I have been misled, and more of this will be posted on my site so it cannot be ignored

? Its the same thing, except the one on AMD's page also includes "1ST GENERATION AMD RYZEN™ PROCESSORS WITH RADEON™ GRAPHICS" Which the picture you supplied does not. Those processors, however, are still 1st gen. Thats pretty much the only difference in the 2 charts so nothing is wrong.

Are you talking about 2nd gen and beyond? You didn't mention the processor generation in your post.

Silly you, choosing to use an early pre-release compat. chart.

Here's another (updated pre-release),

Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, Aorus gen4 1tb, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T..

all I know is there lots of alternative opinions out there

I am hoping AMD and their respective board manufacturers will uphold their promise of backwards and forwards compatibility for socket AM4

Anybody recall the AM2. AM2+ and AM3 period when AMD actually supported DDR2 and DDR3 on their processors

Now with one socket, AM4 processors are not all working as expected

EDIT:

Read the button if this article where it says AMD will fix the problem
