if a video of any other graphic accelerated animation is playing on my 60hz second monitor. my main 144hz monitor is limited to 60 as well. Very inconvenient for youtube and gaming. I'm happy to downgrade my Drivers but I have no idea what version its fix in if any.
The 144hz is running a DVI cable
the 60hz is vga(monitor) to HDMI(computer)
