4k with a new vega 56 crash my computer after minutes. idk what to do. help pls!!!

not only in 4k. in full hd und wqhd is it the same but not that fast. 

i have a    i76700k

                 8gb ram

                 vega 56   

                 950 watt 

and a asus z170 deluxe

don't overclocked anything.

pls help.
