I'm wondering if there is/are any AMD staff here who work on GPU computing and would be willing to give a presentation (20 minutes) at the Midwest Association of Core Directors (MWACD) meeting in October 2019. This is an association of biomolecular directors and staff from academic research cores dedicated to genomics, imaging, and other "big data" issues in biology. We are planning a session on GPU based computing and would really like to include AMD, as we're already including NVIDIA. We tend to influence the hardware decisions at major research institutions, so it would be fortuitous for AMD to have a presence, as many of our facilities are constantly moving towards upgrading and stream-lining for computation.
