Windows 10 Pro 1903 x64, SFC good, DISM good, x86 packages install fine, but x64 just refuse to install, or give logical errors. Anyone else seen this mess before, and a solution to it?

Feel like an idiot, was a relatively simple fix for a bit of corruption. Just ran the Microsoft blocking program troubleshooter 3 times for each of the ones which had issues (2017, 2015, 2015 additional components) and problem is solved.
