Although Adb is somewhat working but fastboot is highly unstable 

This problem is happening in Ryzen builds on Intel works flawlessly.

And many people are reporting these problem on diffrent forums 

Tried with multiple devices I did with Asus new phone i purchased and same thing

I am also facing same issue. I think there is something wrong with the RYZEN processors. These processor wont support the ADB fastboot. I have tried too many times even these guys do not even reply the question.
