I've been trying to figure out how to get my cpu to not run at max speed and a constant high voltage for ages now and havent had any luck, so i was hoping someone on here with a bit more knowledge about this would be able to help.

im running an asus crosshair 7 hero and i have attached a hwinfo pic of the speed and voltage. any help would be really appreciated.

Is your BIOS fully updated, power plan set to Balanced or Ryzen Balanced, and are you using Windows 10 1903? Also, does Ryzen Master backup the HWInfo numbers?
