My RX590 makes a loud fan noise, especially in the first 15 minutes after I turned the PC on. As soon as everything is on good temps it's quiet again. It's normal during games, temps aswell.
What could be the issue here?
fans can be fast when booting, they tone it down after the manager loads
boot tends to be a heavier load on a rig than most realize
But it didn't do that when I build the PC. Only since the last couple of weeks. Do you still think it's normal?
A BIOS update reset my machine and it took a while to get it back to where I wanted it.
