My HD 8490 started spazzing out after upgrading from Windows 8.1 to 10 and now my screen is super messed up in-game and I basically have wall hacks.

I upgraded from 8.1 to 10 and started having serious issues.  Before I upgraded, everything was totally fine.  Now, my screen has tons of graphics glitches and I have like 75% wall hacks in-game.  I also now have black bars on CSGO on 4:3 when before I had my image stretched and I don't know how to fix any of this.

I tried using DDU but that didn't seem to work and Microsoft Support remote logged onto my PC and couldn't help either.  Windows is up to date, and my drivers for the GPU and monitor are all up to date too.

Also, the graphical glitches are happening on any steam game I try playing.
