Seems like it does a least for the Ryzen 3 Pro  2200g:

Also the Ryzen 5 1600x:

Seems like all Ryzens have SSE4 instructions code.

Thanks, but this is for a formal response in a process and I need an official document from AMD. I hope to get also from AMD site.

Check this AMD Support Developer website. it has most of the AMD processor data sheets: https://developer.amd.com/resources/developer-guides-manuals/  and this is AMD Official TECH DOCS: Tech Docs | AMD 

From TECH DOCS:

Sorry I was just answering your original post about SSE4 in Ryzen Processors. The above should help if not open a online AMD SERVICE REQUEST from here: Online Service Request | AMD 

EDIT: I don't see any AMD Processor DATA Sheet for the Ryzen, I might be wrong but you can check for yourself. So you would need to ask AMD Support if the Ryzen Data Sheets are available through the AMD Service Request.
