Not all games/applications/programs will run on the discrete card. That is by design with all laptops. If it is greyed out..it's not available....this would include any OGL game, web browser, etc.

Can you choose the graphics card to run on via in game menu? This has become a thing in modern titles.

You may also want to ask on game forum as well. Also may be a matter of adding it to windows list of high performance apps...

Fix A Plague Tale: Innocence Low FPS Issue on Windows 10

• Type Graphics Settings in the Windows search box and open Graphics Settings.
  Classic App should be selected by default. Click on Browse and select the .exe file of A Plague Tale: Innocence.
• Now click on Options after it has been added and Select High-Performance option when it prompts the new window and click on Save.

There should be option to select iGPU or discrete gpu.
