Graphics Cards

I use lenovo ideapad 330s-14IKB. I have Intel UHD 620 and AMD Radeon 540 graphics cards.
When I play games I have low FPS and I see that the AMD card is off while the other card works 80-90%.
I tried to install drivers and updates with no success.
AMD settings and Intel control panel dont open when I try to.
