The image below shows one of the problems: There is nothing wrong with the TOKEN, it was a paste from the email reset url and YES, I did check for white space in the pasted field. The problem is that I DIDNT READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
It would really be helpful if the web page maintainer added the phase 'must click on Terms and Conditions".
Even a genuine MVP'er at Microsoft support fell for this trap when asked why I could not put an X in a [ ] when registering with a new email using Microsoft Edge. We both thought it was a problem with the browser.
