Installing the last Driver 19.5.1, everything works correctly, but every time I start the PC I get this warning.

¿For what is this?

My System:

Windows 10 PRO (1809) (17763.503)

Intel Core I7 4770K

Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark 1

Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3

SSD 256GB

PSU Corsair AXi 1200W

I would re-install the driver again and choose clean install. If it persist after that report the issue to AMD support: Online Service Request | AMD

I have only seen it when my amd drivers crashed due to an undervolt/overclock issue. After rebooting, the amd drivers reset back to the default wattman settings.

Perhaps the amd drivers think your system did not shutdown properly?

getting this issue on random bootups. screen is legit freezing. only way to fix it is a force shutdown.
