Low FPS 2700

hey guys i have a R7 2700 and i don't know why but on csgo and battlefield before i had 

CSGO : 350 fps on the benchmark map now idk why -----> 260fps average 

Battlefield 5 (low) : 100-130fps and now --> 65-80 

there is something blocking i don't know what i tried everything i could 

(Disabling AMD Cool N Quiet)

(BIOS Reset)

(changing power plans) 

(checked if there is something runing in the background)

i found something interesting my edc stays at 99% with any power plan even eco power plan it just stays at 99% (5% min proccesor )

i fixed csgo fps by disabling nvidia clips im back at 300 wich was what i was most of the time getting but battlefield it's still runing very badly

Solved guys it was just my mistake i probably changed my graphics card to the wrong slot i put it back on the principal slot and everything is back 330 fps on cs and 130 on bf
