Triple monitor does not work on MSI R9 390 Gaming

I have a problem with hooking up three monitors on my MSI R9 390 Gaming GPU.

Even though this has worked in the past, it does not now.

I have my main screen connected via DP -> Mini DP and both my side screens with DVI-D -> DVI-D.
I only have an image on my main screen and one of my side screens, but never on all three screens.

When I plug out the side screen which has an image, the image pops up on the other and vice versa, so I know that the monitors and the cables are all working. However, not all at the same time.

This has worked in the past and the specs say it should be able to support up to three monitors.

I tried connecting the other monitor to the motherboard (MSI ATX Z170A-G45 Gaming) after enabling the correct settings, and this works. However, I am still wondering why it doesn't work in my GPU.

I think this is a settings issue of some kind but I was not able to find it yet.

Does anyone know what I could try?

Cheers,
