sometimes the games are crashing , sometimes its my pc, i asked around me (competent ) and there is a couple theory<s , i seems my gpu is overheating, or it might be a manufacturing defect or defect, 1st time it happened was 17 april 2019 with battlefield5 : at first, pictures on screen is getting laggy, then the sound also get laggy, then everything freeze (crash), then sound stop working, then discord stop working.

after this there is 2 possibility : -first case : the game will close and put me back on my window desktop an then the sound from discord will re activate itself. following with an error window pop up from amd or from crash dump sending utility.
-second case : the freeze is taking more time in this case, then the pc restart itself following a very weird windows error (background color filled in blue)

all those problem is getting worst and happening more often. this is unnacceptable, i bought this gpu February 14, 2019. i regret it, i should have listened to my specialist and buy a nvidia 1060. i hope you can help me

by the way sorry for my poor english, my first language is french

i literally have the same issue with my amd rx 570 i bought in january 2019, issue first started a month ago as well, same symptoms. ive managed to semi fix it by underclocking it abit by 100 mghz and it works fine for a day before ingame my screen just loses connection with the gpu and you can hear the fans on the gpu turn off at that exact same moment. gpu temps are fine sitting at around 40-60 degrees.

how much RAM do you have, for 4GB cards you should have at last 8GB and for 8GB cards at least 16GB

I use 24GB as I have a pair of 4GB and a pair of 8GB sticks

i use 16gb of ram, ive done ram tests with memtest, furmark tests and benchmarks.

everything seems normal.

i got a new psu today, installed it and it works better but still has issues. the screen goes black out of nowwhere and loses connection to the gpu without the lag op described which was what i had aswell.

i tested it with both psu's

old psu with gpu on 1256mghz clock which is stock clock and it lagged and froze like op said

new psu with 1256mghz clock which is stock clock and it screen just goes black and doesnt come back and requires a hard reset., which was the symptoms of the old psu whilst i had my gpu on 1100mghz, screen would just turn black randomly requiring a hard reset

back off on the overclocking, that is why you are having problems

I have the older B350 and I have updated the BIOS several times.

I expect more updates for the new processors but the existing BIOS seems to be problem free
