Can't play. This file isn't playable. That might be because the file type is unsupported, the file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt.

Help. I have a problem with Radeon Relive. Me recording is fine, taking screenshots is fine. But when I try to open my recordings it says "Can't play. This file isn't playable. That might be because the file type is unsupported, the file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt.".  I need help. Also I open it on Movies & TV. I've tried downloading Quicktime and it does not work. Also my coding thingy is AVC.

Thank you.

Try opening it with VLC or MPC-HC.

If you're recording in HEVC format, Microsoft requires a H.265 license in order to playback HEVC video using the Movies and TV app.

Like another user suggested, you can try using VLC.
