19.3.3 Relive Radeon VII does not record in 60 FPS

    • Radeon VII
  • Desktop or Laptop System

  • Operating System
    • Windows 10 64bit 1809
  • Driver version installed
    • 19.3.3
  • Display Devices
    • LG Ultra HD. 60 GHZ. I use one monitor DVI port.
  • Motherboard + Bios Revision
    • ASUS ROG Crosshair HERO 6 WIFI. BIOS 6808
  • CPU/APU
    • AMD Ryzen 1800x
  • Power Supply Unit  Make, Model & Wattage
    • 1000W (Gold certification)
  • RAM
    • 64GB Memory kit (16*4). HyperX DDR4 2400 CL15 288.

 

Describe your issue:

  • Relive does not record in 1080p or 1440p in 60 fps. Not more than 54 fps, even if I record only desktop. I tried to record with different bitrates to SSD or HDD, does not matter. Always FPS is not higher that 54 FPS. It does not matter what I am recording game on Ultra settings or desktop, when GPU load in 0%.

This is a known issue under investigation.

We hope to resolve it in a future driver update. 

You can recording in HEVC mode as a temporary workaround.
