Problems with sapphire radeon rx 570 nitro+ 8gb drivers

Hey i just bought a sapphire radeon rx 570 card and i have a problem, i can't install the drivers. When im instaling nothing changes. In device meneger i have error: System windows stopped  on the device due to reported problems. (Code 43). Please help me, i tried to install drivers from cd and from amd site ( new and older versions) and its not working

Is this a new or used card, some more INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION may help someone offer suggestions.

Having the exact same issue. No matter what I've found online, older drivers or fresh installs. Nothing works. I get error code 43 with windows driver updates blocked, etc.
