I can't identify my AMD graphics card

Whenever I try to identify my AMD Graphics Card it says:

00:01.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Mullins [Radeon R4/R5 Graphics] [1002:9851] (rev 45)

When I look at it I can't identify what number my Graphics is.

How can I identify my Graphics without getting "Radeon R4/R5 Graphics"?

Try the app  GPU-Z  and click lookup.   Sorry kingfish I stole your picture!

GPUz doesn't work in Linux, only ways are to physically look at it, and How to check graphics card on Linux - Xmodulo

Didn't know he was in Linux. I have used Xmodulo, I use Ubuntu on a couple laptops. Just loaded Ubunt 18.10 LTS on a laptop that should support Windows 10. According to the AMD site they say it does but they say get the driver from MS. MS says get the driver from AMD. So apparently neither cares to support this product that is clearly labeled as supported. Luckily Ubuntu loaded great, and is super fast and everything works just fine. Plus it is now supported for 10 years. So that gives this old laptop some serious legs into the future too. Thanks for the reminder on the Xmodulo, I am going to make sure to add that to that laptop tonight. It think the GUI version is hard info.
