been waiting for a reply for more than the 5-6 days delay they say now asking for support about the "raise the game" codes and no reply, no updates or no indication that they even look at it or if there is anyone even there doing something about it.

says delay of 5-6 days but it's been more than a week now and still nothing.

a lot of the responses here are saying to use the support page but has anyone actually got a reply email or reply from amd support recently?

and how long is it taking for someone to actually do some work there?

I'd say I have about a 10% success rate of actually getting replies. Out of that 10%, 99% are canned responses typically blaming the user or completely having nothing to do with what was asked. So I'm going with useless. But I do keep trying and hoping for the best. It is the only way we have to dialogue with them as they don't read their own forum.

Looks like they don't read support tickets either and just post dumb updates elsewhere hoping to hide how useless the support really is. Maybe sending multiple tickets might get another reply that answers nothing.

5-6 days delay is an understatement at this point.
