2700X+X470 Memory and XMP issues

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
My motherboard is MSI X470 Carbon (updated latest bios)
Memory: G Skill TridentZ RGB F4-3200C14-16GTZR x4
Graphics card: Radeon VII x2

You can see it in my screenshot
Windows Task Manager shows that the memory is running at 2933MHz, but the result of AIDA 64 is that they run at different clocks.(In fact, the XMP preset file I opened in Bios is 2933MHz.)

This problem has been around for a while, I tried to update bios or other methods, did not solve this problem.

The second and third images show that I closed XMP in bios and displayed the results in Windows Task Manager and AIDA 64.

PS: I found the G skill dealer and they told me that this is a software reading problem (
How can I solve this problem?
Thank you
