I just did a recent build utilizing the following hardware: MSI X399 SLI Plus Mobo, 1900x Threadripper cpu, 650W PSU, Gigabyte RX Vega 56 OC, 16 GB Memory, 1TB Crucial M.2 Hard drive, NZXT X52 Liquid Cooler. My display is a projector that runs true hd 1080p at 60hz connect with hdmi 2.0. The GPU is powered with two separate 8 pin cables from the PSU. My problem is that my framerates running ghost recon wildlands are horrible. According to Tom's Hardware the average framerate for very high settings are 58.9 fps at 2560x1440. I can't even hit above 50fps in game let alone average 58.9 at 1080p. I have to turn everything to the lowest setting possible just to hit that fps and the graphics are horrible. I am running the latest drivers and firmware for everything. I bumped settings down to high on everything (turf effect off) and still only average 35 fps.
