Video stutter/hang with Enhanced Sync On still in 19.2.3

This has been in all drivers up to now.

I have a Vega 64 linked via DP to an iiyama GB2888UHSU running 3850*2160 desktop in 10bit mode (60Hz).

Monitor has freesync range 35-60Hz.

Freesync is ON and working as it should.

But when switching the vsync setting in radeon settings/games,  i set it to Off, unless otherwise by application (this is when YouTube video works without hitches) .

When setting it to enhanced sync , YouTube video starts to stutter and hang.

Is this still a driver problem or is it that enhanced sync is not compatible with my iiyama freesync range ??

Hmmm, i may have found some important info by trying.

The problem is fixed and here is how,

I changed my bios/uefi boot order for graphics from "iGPU first" to "Auto" (auto meaning the dGPU=vega 64 as first boot device.)  I removed the intel graphics devices and rebooted. On boot windows auto reinstalled/reconfigured amd driver adding the pcibus driver to the pci -rootcomplex driver.  After that worked i reinstalled the intel igpu drivers and it all works, i have (YouTube) video without hang/stutter with "Enhanced Sync" enabled and all.

So this is great. Maybe some other users can use the info.

Switching to dGpu first boot device i now am missing HD audio output on the intel iGpu but i can miss that.

This is just some motherboard quirk i can live with. I got other audio outputs.
