Has anyone here had poor performance from rizen threadripper 1950X

Last 2 builds I show a passmark rating of 13,000 for the CPU mark

Dunno, never had a score below 25000, even with stock speed and 2133MHz RAM...

sounds like only 1 ccx is working - do you have gaming mode enabled?
