Radeon Pro WX 5100 Multi Display Problem

Good afternoon,

We recently acquired one of your graphics cards, the Radeon Pro WX 5100.

It is currently being used to output the image to a multi display video wall 2x2. We're using windows 10 pro and the displays are 4x LG 49UJ630V. We didn't have any trouble configuring the eyefinity or compensating the bezel. However we encountered a big problem with the identification of monitors. Windows sweeps the monitors according to the ports (perfect) while the software assigns random numbers to the monitors. While they're turned on and we configure them it's all fine but we can't have the displays turned on 24/7 so we have timers on them. Now here's the problem, if the displays for some reason turn on in a different order the gpu attributes new random numbers to each display causing the image to be all wrong. IE: Port 1 was display 2 and now is display 3, and so on, meaning we have to redo the eyefinity configuration all over again.

This situation is unsustainable because we need it to work automatically and remotely. Is there any way to permanently assign a port to a display number on the eyefinity software so it doesn't swap randomly whenever it wants?

Thanks in advance

Bruno
