InstallManagerApp.exe automatically starts every single time I log on. Previously I used win7-64bit-radeon-software-adrenalin-edition-18.12.1-nov29 and this didn't show this issue. But all 2019 Drivers show this. What is the problem and how can I fix it?

Have you tried a clean install ?

Download/save full driver pkg direct from AMD driver download site(do not download/update from the GUI).

Start install > choose 'custom > clean install' > etc...

My OS is Windows 7 64bit and my account hasn't admin rights. I first uninstalled the old driver with DDU and then installed the new one. The weird thing is that InstallManagerApp.exe is also included in Adrenalin 18.12..1, but it obviously doesn't need admin rights to run. InstallManagerApp.exe from Adrenalin 19.2..2 ask for them every time I log in. This is annoying.
