Sorry about asking the same question twice, but the first one was marked as answered even though it wasn't.
So I got the final parts I needed for my PC build but then realised that my B350-F motherboard's bios doesn't work with my ryzen 2600 cpu so I ordered a boot kit, I sent the required information and pictures & I eventually got an email saying that my boot kit has been approved and it is being processed through their standard RMA system with the ticket number: #8200854953. I also got another email on the same day with the details for the RMA as well as the authorisation number: #2000264069.
But both of these emails came 9 days ago & still no sign of the boot kit.
Can anyone help me?
BTW, I am in Australia so I understand it may take a bit longer to ship.
