Can a Ryzen 2200G use both a GPU and NVME hard drive at once with its limited PCIE lanes?

I have a Ryzen 2200G on a Asus Prime B350 PLUS motherboard. This CPU only has 8 PCIE lanes and i am using all 8 for my Radeon RX 580 GPU. I want to install a NVME hard drive as my motherboard supports it, but im not sure if it will work.

Will the hard drive just not work? Will it go over the chipset at SATA speeds?  Will it split the PCIE lanes with the GPU crippling my graphics performance?

From your Motherboard's Spec: PRIME B350-PLUS | Motherboards | ASUS USA

You can use the GPU card without any problems if you decide to install a M.2 Device.

Thanks for the answer, but this is general info for the motherboard. It takes into account all Ryzen processors, and all of them have way more then 8 PCIE lanes in total. The 2200g is the only limited one that has less lanes then is necessary to run both.
Does the chipset maybe provide a few lanes for the NVME drive?

The Ryzen 2200g itself has 8 lanes for a GPU and 4 lanes specifically for NVME Devices per this Website Specs: Ryzen 3 2200G - AMD - WikiChip
