VSR works 100% with 18.12.1.1 but not 19.2.1

As the post says, if I install the 18.12.1.1 drivers, going 1440P on my 1080P monitor works and looks/scales fine. But since this driver version, 19.2.1 or newer than 18.12.1.1 doesn't scale properly and using 1440P in games makes it look blurry. 

So question is, why does the 18.12.1.1 work fine but newer driver revisions seem to have "broke" proper VSR scaling and usage?

Same problem with me i loose the 1440p resolution and 2160p resolution with the 19.9.2 drivers add to go back to 19.8.1 but i listen to people trelling they have to go to 18.8.1 for me was a bit better9
