[Solved] Can anyone help us debug a shader on AMD cards?

Edit: This issue has been solved, thanks to whoever it was that helped us


We are making a free and open source game called Thrive and our biggest problem right now is that out compound clouds don't show up for people who have AMD graphics cards. Unfortunately the whole dev team has Nvidia so we're struggling to work out what the problem is.

I know it's a bit of a longshot but does anyone have experience of Ogre, Shaders and/or AMD graphics and would be willing to try and help us figure out what is happening? We are using Ogre3D graphics engine with the OpenGL 3 render system.

This has happened on a lot of different machines with different AMD GPUs.
