Purchased a Ryzen 7 2700 from Amazon Market place seller on Jan 22 and Amazon and Seller is giving the run around seller states Amazon is responsible because Amazon fulfilled the order and Amazon states that the Seller is responsible for the code. Anyway I can get AMD to help on this???

lowedownanddirty, I doubt it, but open an AMD Online Support ticket and ask.  This is a user forum and few here work for AMD - I do not.  Enjoy, John.

The Retailer or Manufacturer of the AMD applicable product must provide the codes for AMD to redeem them.
