monitor gone crazy

after i updated to 19.1.1 the monitor is glitching and tearing and the screen goes black ... also it takes forever to open a video and when it opens it keeps glitching till it closes i have r9 390x please help

I have had huge problems with tearing in video playback (with Freesync enabled, ironically), and also the intermittent stalled starting of playback, since driver 18.12.1.2. If I disable Freesync the problem goes away. I did also encounter random black screens a few times also.

The last version that works is 18.12.1.1, so for me, the bug was introduced with the 2019 Edition drivers that added all the Relive features.
