My new RX 590 8gb will not play Utherverse and my old nvidia gt 240 would, why?

Black lines across the screen. Their support recommended downgrading my driver to 14.4 which does not even support my new card.

A similar question was asked three years ago with no reply...........

It means that the developers need to add support for your graphics card as it is not recognized.

If it were just one program I could see hastily blaming the software developers.

But the fact is unfortunately it is not just one program.

I started to notice the exact same problem in several of my other games as well as my 3D drafting software that is three years old.

I changed to a Nvidia GTX 1060 6gb, runs all of them great.

I am begining to regret buying and AMD Graphics card.

Being geared up for future software is great.

But what good is a graphics card that can't run the software you use everyday.

The RX 590 plays Call of Duty flawlessly on all the highest settings, but there is a lot more to life than Call of Duty.
