unable to install drivers

Question asked by indub on Jan 10, 2019

I have been unable to install any of the recent driver package updates, 18.12.2, 18.12.3 and 19.1.1 on two identical pcs.  Both crash and restart the pc before the install completes right around where the screen typically flickers.

I have no issue installing 18.12.1.1 so I'll stay there for now.  If you have any suggestions on what the issue could be with the newer releases, let me know!
