got MSI B450M Mortar Titanium and ryzen 2400G and some asus 27" connected by hdmi and dell 24" connected by display port -> dvi and all is dandy

upgrade to 18.12.1.1 and "so you want to have your dell monitor detected by windows 10 ? well it's gonna be a no from me dawg"
reverted to 18.9.3 and all is well, had the issue before with another driver version where downgrading was also the solution. is this an general issue or is it a "did you remember to disable smart vsync super setting? because that was introduced and is required to be disabled for such a setup" or "did you upgrade to the latests bios because that fix stuff" thing
