vsr not supported after display driver updated (ver.24.2012050.0) on HP 15

after Radeon got updated with new version 24.2012050.0 last sun, the VSR option is now showing as "not supported" this was available previously and was working well

can anyone help me understand why this changed suddenly

I use a HP 15 laptop with the below AMD display
