There is no error message. It just does not use the .pdb file. What can I do?
Please elaborate more about the usecase/scenario where you observed the mentioned behavior. Providing the steps you followed would be very helpful. Why do you suspect that uProf doesn't use the .pdb file?
I generated a .pdb file using cv2pdb with function names. WinDbg, Process Explorer, Very Sleepy see this debug information, but AMD uProf does not.

I have also faced the same issue on my Windows 7 system and it was showing Windows update error code 8007000e. You can fix this type of error by just updating the Windows system and resting it properly.
