Netflix ULTRA HD 4k and HDR10 content

I’m able to stream 2060p60 HDR content on YouTube after turning Enable VP9 video format to Always On within Microsoft Edge. However, I’m unable to stream HDR content over Netflix on a PC (neither through an AMD graphics card nor the internal graphics by Intel). I have tried switching back and forth between HDMI and DP connectors without luck. If possible, how do I enable HDR or at least ULTRA HD 4K content on Netflix given my system specifications and current settings? After chatting with Netflix my case was referred to “tier 3” who came back with the dubious claim that my system was incompatible, so now I’m resorting to the AMD community with the hope my problem will not go unnoticed nor unresolved.

Requirements

The requirements for streaming HDR content on Netflix are outlined in the following links:

Specs

My PC meets and often surpasses all those previous requirements.

Monitor

My monitor model is an LG 27UK850-W (click link for specs).

Graphics card

My graphics card is the ASUS ROG-STRIX-RX560-4G-GAMING (click link for specs).

Internal (CPU) graphics

Control panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers > Device Manager > Display Adapters > Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 (Driver Version: 25.20.100.6444)

Internet speed

According to fast.com my internet speed reached 61 Mbps after my most recent test (on my first test it reached 88 Mbps).
