Reflection MSAA causing matte cars in GTA 5 ??

Question asked by wuchzael on Nov 10, 2018

Hey guys!

Recently upgraded my GTX 980 to a Vega 64. I used DDU to uninstall nvidia drivers and tried different Adrenalin versions. All in all I am pretty happy with the upgrade and running an all-AMD System now But it seems like Vega really don't like GTA. After fiddling around I ended up with settings that give me some decent results (e.g. turn off ingame vsync since it seems to cause stutter even though freesync is on). Apart from the fact that Vega performs poorly in GTA it seems like there is a bug with the reflection MSAA. If I turn it on, all the flickering disappears... but the paint turns matte also Any ideas or solutions?
