There are a number of televisions available now that will automatically switch to a low input latency game-mode when a game is detected running on an xbox or playstation, then switches back afterwards so video content can be enjoyed in better quality. Can AMD not add support for this via a radeon driver update?
I just purchased one of Samsung's new QLED TVs the QN65Q9FN which support freesync. It requires a number of button presses on the remote to change out of game mode and even if there was a dedicated button to control it I still think automatic detection would be wonderful. I have no idea how it works for consoles but i'd bet Samsung and AMD could work it out.
