Forza Horizon 3 WIN10 -You do not have permission to open this file

Hello,

I have problem with game Forza Horizon 3. Game works, but it have some big fps drops. When i checked my gpu load, i realised that game is not running on high perfomance plan or simply is something wrong. So I checked my AMD radeon settings and searched game file forza_x64_release_final.exe to change game settings, but it says that i dont have permission to open this file. Can somebody help me ?

My pc setup: i7 8700

                     16GB ram

                     RX580 8GB

MS store game files are encrypted, you cannot access them.
