I have tried several different ways to try and update my drivers. The specs are:

  • AMD R7 RX 460
  • Laptop, Asus R510I
  • Windows 10 64 bit
  • Driver Version: Currently: 21.19.141.0, have tried to install 18.9.1 but Windows stops the driver service

System Manufacturer: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.

             System Model: X550IU

                     BIOS: X550IU.300 (type: UEFI)

                Processor: AMD FX-9830P RADEON R7, 12 COMPUTE CORES 4C+8G  (4 CPUs), ~3.0GHz

                   Memory: 8192MB RAM

The issue I am trying to resolve is updating the driver so I can play World of Warcraft. When I update with the 18.9.1 download from the site, my computer gives me this when I run DXDIAG:

I have tried:

-Rebooting in Safe Mode and uninstalling the drivers with DDU

-Turning off digital signatures with Troubleshooting reboot

-Uninstalling the drivers completely in safe mode, reinstalling

-Updating with Device Manager

-Updating with Windows Update
