The AMD Rewards program registration doesn't work properly.

I receive an email, but there's no code attached to it, and in this email there's a link I need to follow to activate my account which simply leads me nowhere. Furthermore, since I didn't provide a phone number, I must wait an extra 24 hours. As if this wasn't bad enough, I can't send a ticket to the AMD Rewards support, because it constantly gives me an error message when I try to send it. I'm trying to claim the 3 games I'm supposed to get with my purchase of an RX 580, but it doesn't work! Help me please!

Hi,

I had the same problem. With me it was due to the fact that I have used the MS Internet Explorer and the registration side was indicated not properly. Then with Mozilla Firefox it has worked really good. I instal just the first game.

My problem was my system clock. Check your system time is correct.
