I've been having serious issues with the past drivers on my RX 480, basically, the framerate drops every half second in games where it fluctuates, caussing serious stutter, when this drop occurs i can hear coil whine coming from the card. I've had to clean install driver 17.10.12, where i dont have any issues, but i'm missing on the optimization the new drivers bring, any clues?
I updated everything else.
